- Home Weatherization Assistance Program Enhancement (HWAP-E) - The Home Weatherization Assistance Enhancement Program is to enhance energy efficiency efforts of the HWAP program with a separate funding stream designed to cover the cost of specific allowable measures for targeted households. The enhancement program strives to provide a holistic approach to weatherizing homes in the most cost-effective manner by leveraging available resources. Program benefits include reducing housing hazards and promoting energy efficiency, which will improve housing conditions and public health. FPG: 175%
- The Community Connections Program - Helps you reduce your electric bill and keep your home more comfortable in both winter and summer. Depending on your electricity usage, Community Connections could provide you with an in-home energy use evaluation and energy-saving home improvements such as: Appliance testing and possible replacement, energy education. Specific improvements you are eligible to receive will be determined during your home energy evaluation. No payment is required for these installations/services.
