NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH FLYING HIGH, INC AND MYCAP. Flying HIGH Inc., and MYCAP will partner to develop a Professional Development Center (PDC) that will prepare qualified candidates for hire at local businesses and organizations. The goal is to have this center be the Hub for employers to fill open positions with the skill sets required to operate their businesses.
