Passenger/Mini Vans

Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership (MYCAP) is proposing to purchase two Passenger/Mini Vans white in color. The proposed vans will be utilized in the HWAP Enhancement programs as transportation for the Program Specialist and/or Director to conduct on-site job checks on inspectors and/or contractors. The vehicle will also be used for attending HWAP Enhancement-related meetings, training, and/or other work-related activities.

This request for Sealed Bid is being issued on behalf of Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership’s HWAP Enhancement program. The purpose of this Sealed Bid is to solicit quotes for the purchase of two passenger/Mini Vans.

MYCAP will evaluate offers 12/14/2021 at the MYCAP office and award the dealership that provides the best overall value for the quantity of vehicles. Although the price will be a major factor, bidders must be able to deliver the items in a timely manner.
