EPP Auditor Opportunity
The EPP Auditors will meter all electric appliances and log information into the computer, review the data, and have
customers sign off on measures in order to provide program benefits. The EPP auditor will also replace all eligible light
bulbs with energy-efficient LED bulbs.

- Ability to use math skill for measuring and calculating data
- Proficient computer skills
- Familiarity of Microsoft Office programs
- The aptitude to conduct testing on electric appliances
- The capability to write specifications as required by program
- The capacity to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

The EPP Auditor candidate will be expected to learn how to…

- Carry out consumption analysis
- Analyze home and heating appliances using appropriate technical tools
- Offer customer education, providing dialogue of helpful energy tips.
- Inspire lifestyle changes
- Provide electrical energy data for refrigerator and/or freezer
- Perform other related duties required within the general occupational series and responsibility level
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Other functions may include constant movement, sitting and standing intermittently during work hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often high-stress environment as well as the ability to adapt quickly to workload changes
- Ability to deal with inside and outside clientele and vendors in a tactful and courteous manner while assuring adherence to MYCAP policies and procedures
Prior to beginning employment in the Trainee position, a pre-employment background check, and drug test are required.
Training is in Athens OH, 3.5 days; All travel per diems, and lodging are paid for by the MYCAP program. Coaching and training
with experienced EPP auditors will be provided on-site.
