In her spare time, she meditates each morning, journals her gratitude list for the day, practices yoga, sleeps hard, tries to get sunshine, travels the world with her amazing biomechanist husband, Dr. Michael Butcher, visits “Triple Ds”- AKA, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives (visited over 89 locations across USA), cooks the meanest protein powered breakfast, and she listens to podcasts on a full spectrum of fitness and holistic wellness topics. Amber says, "I love being a triple SSS girl!" What’s that? SMART, STRONG and SPIRITED!
