CUSTOMER MUST CALL NEW TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT NUMBER.
Effective immediately, the NEW number to call to schedule an energy assistance appointment is 330-778-1133. This line will begin scheduling appointments for the Winter Crisis Program on October 29. The Winter Crisis program runs from November 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019.
This number can be used to schedule appointments for PIPP, HEAP, Winter Crisis, and Summer Crisis. The Winter Crisis Program will assist with a disconnection notice, transfer of service, new service, bulk fuel customers with less than a 25% supply or a furnace not providing heat.
An EPP or weatherization application can be completed with one of these appointments.
